Where do we ship to?

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, and Portugal. 

Within Spain, we ship to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

For logistical reasons, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira, French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint Martin, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna Islands), Campione d'Italia, Heligoland, Livigno.

How much does shipping cost?

  1. Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: £2.99. Free shipping on orders over £25.
  2. Canary Islands: £6.99. Free shipping on orders over £30.
  3. Europe: £6.99. Free shipping on orders over £30.

Rider will not be responsible for import taxes or local charges incurred in destinations with specific customs regulations.

How long will the delivery take?

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, 2 to 4 working days from receipt of confirmation of collection by the transport company, except in cases of force majeure. 

For any of the locations in the Canary Islands and Europe indicated, 5 to 10 working days, except in cases of force majeure. 

How do I return an item?

The items offered in our stores are endorsed by Grendene. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return it. (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The refund amount ONLY INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE. We are not responsible for the services contracted by customers to make such returns. 

Steps to follow for returns

  1. The product must be returned as it was delivered, unused and in its original packaging.
  2. As the return is at the customer's expense, they may choose the company they prefer. We recommend a certified shipping system where they can provide you with a tracking number.
  3. You must include your order number on the shipment so that it can be identified upon arrival.

Once the goods have been received and their condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method used by the customer within 14 days. 

When are the return costs borne by the COMPANY?

Return shipping costs are only covered in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
